From our long expeperience of working with many types of customers, we come to know that interest in caving is high. Considering this, Adventure Zone Trekking & Expedition P.LTD manages to experience one day Caving program to adventure lovers in Chobar which is located 6 kilo-meters south west of Kathmandu valley. We provide one day rock caving adventure in the lime stone cave formation which in the length of approx 1.5 kilo-meter. We are operating this trip every day and we depart from our office by 9:30 Am and it will take an hour to arrive at the spot. Rock caving program is mixed with about half an hour hiking inside the park to reach Caving spot. Half an hour hiking gives you energy and it makes you ready to cave the rock. Lunch will be served by 1 Pm and we will be back at office by 6 Pm. It is suggested all cavers to bring small bag pack.

As Nepal is famous for trekking, touring and expedition, similarly, caving and rock climbing though not very famous but there are many places for this. There are hundreds of known rocks and caves in Nepal and thousands of unknown rocks and caves waiting to be climbed and caved. Rock climbing and caving give you different experience than of peak climbing with greater exercise, mind blowing newness. Exploration of caves takes us into a world much different from that above ground, a world of darkness surrounded by rock and mud. Exotic formations, streams and waterfalls, tight crawlways, deep canyons and pits, huge rooms with large blocks of breakdown, crickets, bats and cave rats await the cave explorer.

Caving can be a strenuous sport, a casual hobby, a means to conducting scientific research, or all of these and more. Caves are found around the world and in a variety of settings, from cold alpine environments to warm tropical rain forests, and are formed through a variety of natural processes. In the future we will be operating the same program in other places in and outside Kathmandu valley.
