Cost Includes:

• Meeting Adventure Zone Trekking's Airport representative and airport transfers on private vehicle to and from hotel.
• MT. Ama Dablam Expedition permit fee.
• Accommodation in Kathmandu at a tourist class hotel on bed & breakfast plan as per itinerary.
• Transport as per itinerary for members, staff and Liaison Officer.
• Airfare Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu and transportation of all food and climbing equipments to base camp and back.
• Full board during the trekking.
• All kitchen equipments; kitchen tent, dining tent, toilet tent, shower tent, chairs and tables at the base camp.
• Cook and kitchen boy(s) at the base camp.
• Base camp tents for members and staff.
• Equipment allowance, wages and insurance for base camp staff and Liaison Officer.
• National Park Conservation Fee.
• Local transport in Kathmandu as per itinerary.
• Helicopter rescue insurance for Nepalese staff.
• Agency service charge.

Local Payment:

• Local payment refers the remaining ammount of the total payment of the trip.While making local payment do not forget to minus advance payment that you did to confirm the trip. Local payment must be made on the day of your arrival in cash or traveler's check.If you buy other program after you are in Nepal from our company is also allocated in the local payment.

• Airfare from / to your country.
• Nepal entry visa fee. (can be obtained at the airport upon arrival)
• Npali Visa extension.
• Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu.
• Hotel after 6 days stay in Kathmandu
• Service above Base Camp.
• Personal climbing gear and equipment above base camp.
• Personal insurance such as travel, accident, medical and emergency evacuation.
• Nepal custom duty for import of expedition goods arriving to Nepal by air or road.
• Expenses of personal nature such as drinks, laundry, postage, telephone, etc .
• International airport departure tax, tourist tax.
• Tips and bonuses.

• Gore-Tex jacket Trouser of any company, Climbing boot double and Trekking Boot 1 made by the best company.
• ICE-axe with Ice hamber 1/2, Rucksack 2, Crampon 1/2 set, Stick 2 set and Harness - 1 .
• Get up (Boot clover) 1 set Snow Glass - 2 Main rope 15 miters, ICE Crew - 1 and Sable small .
• Mattress 1,Carbine 2 single + 2 lock,Head Light - 2, Wind Proof Jacket & trouser, Down Trouser, Wind Proof Trouser and Water Bottle.
• Woolen Globe 3 set, Bag Cover, Wind mask for climbing,Climbing clove-3 with best quality and Shocks for climbing - 6 pairs.
• Personal Medicine and eight finger Knife.
